Hi there!
I'm a guitarist, composer/songwriter, and educator currently living in Minneapolis, MN. As a guitarist, I've toured the Midwest and East Coast, been on over a dozen recordings of original music, and have had the chance to work and/or share the stage with artists ranging from eighth blackbird to Guster! While my interests range from Bach to bluegrass and the spaces in between them, I can most often be found wearing a power ranger costume on stage with nerd-funk outfit Porky's Groove Machine.
In 2017, I received the Bachelors of Music degree with majors in classical guitar performance and composition from Lawrence University, where I studied guitar with Nathan Wysock and Steve Peplin, and composition with Joanne Metcalf, Asha Srinivasan, Andrew Coal, David Werfelmann, and Matt Turner.
Comfortable in a variety of genres (pop/rock, jazz, new music, improvised, bluegrass) and experienced in a variety of music business aspects, I'm constantly looking for new projects and collaborations - please feel free...no, encouraged, to get in touch!
